Enterprise Operations Director directs information systems operations and for software systems analysis and programming. Monitors accessibility of applications or services. Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience; must have direct experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering
- 4 years of management experience in supply chain, manufacturing or engineering
- Experience on product development teams
- Experience scaling up manufacturing/supply chain
- BS Degree in Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Drive new product development using agile product development methodologies
- Lead product development, manufacturing, & supply chain teams
- Scale up operations departments to support growth
- Integrate acquisitions into Caldera’s operations structure
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective demand forecasting and inventory management processes to prevent backorders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to achieve milestones within defined constraints
- Collaborate with peers to drive alignment around and achievement of company objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to meet COGS targets
- Ensure supply chain and manufacturing capacity exceeds demand
