The Grounds Guys of Billings is seeking an individual or already established landscaping business owner to partner with us as either the Operations Manager or run the company as if it were your own without having to own the company and to grow along side of us. This is an opportunity to utilize existing customers, seek out new, design, estimate and build landscapes for both commercial and residential clients.
This is a year-round position with no cap on growth for the right individual or company. You will have full authority to hire the crews needed within budget, sell and execute jobs and be the face of the Billings area unit. With the housing growth occurring rapidly in Billings we expect that first-year sales will be $1m . Your expertise leading the sales and service to our clients will be invaluable.
