The Team Leader is responsible for supporting departmental activities within a specific facility. In collaboration with the Manager, the Team Leader oversees daily department production activity, facilitates workflow, and provides guidance to staff. Additionally, the Team Leader plays a key role in training, assisting, and monitoring staff to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.

* Prepare and ready materials for distribution including but not limited to metering, addressing, stuffing envelopes, and making labels.
* Prepare daily outgoing domestic shipments using a computerized shipping system and ensure shipping guidelines are adhered to.
* Sort, pick-up and deliver mail and packages; receive load and unload packages; utilizing company resources
* Maintain a variety of detailed records and metrics concerning items received and/or delivered using proprietary internal tracking tool.
* Receive and record all regular and priority packages from commercial vendors and the postal service.
* Coordinate received items for pick-up and deliver mail and packages to customers throughout the building.
* Perform necessary housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
* Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required.
* Adhere to business and safety procedures and guidelines.
The pay range for this position is $22.00-24.50; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
