    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for residential properties ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively. Your expertise in property leasing and office management will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.

    Duties

    • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
    • Assist clients with the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
    • Manage data entry tasks related to tenant applications and lease agreements.
    • Maintain organized files and records for all leasing activities.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and follow up with potential tenants.
    • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for showings.
    • Implement effective conflict management strategies when dealing with tenant concerns or disputes.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in property leasing or a related field is preferred.
    • Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade potential tenants effectively.
    • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
    • Proficient in data entry and office administration tasks.
    • Familiarity with contracts and legal documentation related to leasing agreements.
    • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
