Travel Required: Occasional as to attend annual convention and to travel to accounts as needed, up to 25%
Compensation: Salary exempt; based on experience
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Your Role.
As a Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by developing new partnerships and fostering strong relationships with prospective clients. You will be responsible for strategically identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from prospecting to contract development, and collaborating with various teams and our franchises to ensure our solutions align with client needs.
You will engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and recommend valued solutions that meet their business objectives. Your ability to drive sales, communicate effectively with franchise owners, and collaborate with our operations team will be key to your success in this role. Your coordination between franchises and strategic accounts will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets as well as ensuring alignment and achieving mutual success.

Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
