As they are being asked to do more with less funds and reduced staff, they’re trying to learn from historical data on how to navigate the impending crisis. They are trying to figure out how philanthropy can help.Thrive is hiring for entry level candidates looking to gain experience in: management, marketing, customer service, advertising / public relations, sales and event management. We have an aggressive expansion plan laid out and are looking to find a person who would love to work in a fun, competitive, positive-minded environment     Entry Level Promotional Marketing Responsibilities: ·       Dallas-based fundraising firm looking for new Associates.·       This is a junior position, and no previous experience is necessary.·       Associates will learn a diverse set of skills from event planning, to fundraising, leadership, and management.·       Daily activities include donor interaction, research, and event planning tasks.·       The position provides fast-paced real-world exposure to fundraising and nonprofit event management.QualificationsEntry Level Promotional Marketing Qualifications Required: ·       Top candidates will have excellent communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a positive attitude.·       Be able to pass a background check·       Be at least 18 years of age·       Be authorized to work in the US·       Outgoing and friendly personality·       Professional demeanor·       Desire to make a difference in the worldBenefits:Paid TrainingClient discountsTeam events (sand volleyball, kick ball, six flag trips)Business travel opportunities (New York, Chicago, Miami, London)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
