Job Description:
StormWater Compliance, LLC (SWC) is looking for a unique and motivated individual to perform various tasks related to Stormwater Inspection, Operation, and Maintenance. This candidate should be energetic and eager to learn. This entry level position has great career growth potential for the right individual. SWC is a dynamic and growing company focused on stormwater operation and maintenance compliance.
Duties will include, field inspection, field maintenance, data collection, report writing, work schedule management, and more. Candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks such as walking / standing on uneven terrain, working with tools, moderate lifting, etc. Travel throughout the Northeast is essential so candidates will be expected to have a good driving history and transportation. We operate independently and in a team environment and thus other responsibilities maybe assigned.
Job Location(s) and Working Conditions:
Duties are performed at properties of various land use located primarily throughout the North East. Travel to other parts of the country may be required. This job requires extensive walking, often times through rough terrain. Duties are frequently performed outdoors in all weather conditions. The candidate needs to be able to lift various materials and objects in excess of 50 pounds.
Experience:
Will train. Experience in detail oriented or related industries is a plus.
Skills:
The individual must be computer proficient and be able to use a full range of Microsoft Office products as well as adapt to workflow software changes. The individual must have excellent verbal communication skills as they will be engaging with customers, vendors, and other employees. Additionally, the individual must be skilled in data analysis and summary presentations. Stormwater Compliance, LLC utilizes a highly distributed workforce that requires a high level of discipline and self-motivation. Communication and remote collaboration skills are critical. Candidates should be competent in plan reviews, field inspections, and various stormwater/engineering maintenance tasks.
