The Environmental and Safety (EHS) Specialist will be responsible for administrating and coordinating all of the plant safety and training programs including policies, legal requirements; organize and maintain all required documentation, investigate safety/environmental incidents, uphold and promote safe work rules, procedures and practices throughout the facility; champion continual improvement activities; ensures compliance with environmental and government safety regulations and industry standards and addresses any unsafe acts and conditions as required.
