Environmental Compliance Specialist, Sr. conducts required environmental tests, analysis and observations. Evaluates results and makes recommendations as necessary for maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies. Being an Environmental Compliance Specialist, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Environmental Compliance Specialist, Sr. relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Job Summary
The Environmental Specialist will maintain Institute standards of cleanliness in assigned areas to include but not limited to residence halls, apartments, academic buildings, classrooms, athletic/recreational facilities, offices, and service areas.

Salary Range/Rate
Expected hiring range: $15.00 An additional $0.20 per hour will be paid for each year of documented and related experience as approved by the hiring team, up to $16.00 per hour
