Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of CEQA and NEPA documents including Categorical Exemptions, Environmental Impact Report (EIR), Initial Studies/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND), Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Environmental Assessments (EIS).
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assist in the preparation of project scopes and tracking schedules.
• If needed, attend/participate in project meetings, preparing meeting materials and documenting meeting results.
• Assist in preparing business development and marketing material.
• Ability to work extensively with limited oversight and direction while producing quality of work assignments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Art’s Degree in Environmental Planning, Studies or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Minimum of 2 years of real experience preparing CEQA documents for public agencies or private entities. Preparing NEPA documents is a significant plus.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, problem solving and research abilities.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
