Job Duties:

• Develop and implement safety systems, policies, and procedures.
• Advise facilities on regulatory compliance and S&E requirements.
• Partner with corporate S&E to develop and execute strategies.
• Assess, prevent, and manage S&E issues and risks.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations.
• Provide leadership and support for S&E initiatives.
• Conduct shop floor inspections and audits.
• Coach and mentor S&E professionals.
• Lead/participate in S&E audits.
• Support initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in environmental engineering, occupational safety, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Advanced certification in environmental, health, safety, or related field.
• Completion of OSHA 511 and 501 courses.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements.
