About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Veterinarian to lead our team and drive the growth of our practice. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, assisting the practice manager in managing a team of veterinarians and support staff, and fostering a collaborative, positive work environment. As a leader, you will play a key role in client relationship management, mentorship, and maintaining the highest standards of care. We believe our greatest asset is our team. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the practice manager to lead and manage all aspects of the practice, including overseeing our team of veterinarians and support staff.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care across a diverse caseload.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored care.
• Teach and mentor interns and externs, fostering professional growth and development.
• Promote a positive, upbeat work environment and support a collaborative team culture.
• Contribute to the practice’s expansion and success through effective management and innovative practices.
