The Equipment Operator - Forklift is responsible for maintaining inventory and for production area cleanliness. Operates fork lifts to stack and retrieve goods, supplies and materials. Being an Equipment Operator - Forklift typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Documents and maintains inventory records. In addition, Equipment Operator - Forklift typically reports to a supervisor. Being an Equipment Operator - Forklift possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Seeking Forklift Operator For Cross Dock shipping/receiving
3 or 4 day work week!
Seeking candidates who can operate sit-down forklifts in a fast paced environment meeting team goals. This is a cross doc environment of shipping and receiving, loading/unloading of trucks moving pallets of distribution goods.
Shifts:
1st Shift 17.50/per hour: Tuesday - Friday 6:00am-4:30pm
3rd Shift 19.00/per hr: Tuesday-Friday 6:00pm-4:30am
Weekend Shift 20.50/Per hr : Saturday, Sunday , Monday: 6:00am-6:30p
Skills- 1 Year of sit-down forklift experience required
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Loading/Unloading of trucks
- Operating around other forklifts
Requirements:
- Safety is top priority
- Overtime on scheduled days
- Steel toed shoes
- Able to Operate in fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
