Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing business. This position will include moving equipment, delivering equipment (tractors, dumpsters, dump trailers, etc.), operating equipment (skid steer and excavator primarily), performing regular maintenance on equipment and using hand tools (chain saws, shovels, jackhammers, etc..) for some smaller jobs.

This position has the ability to earn profit sharing and to grow into a long term management position with the right hire.

CDL not required but preferred. Experience operating excavator, skid steer and moving trailers is required. Willingness to work hard, no matter the task, is required.

Duties:

1. Load, deliver and dump dumpsters using company truck and trailer

2. Pick up and dump dump trailers from various job sites around CSRA using company truck and trailers.

3. Pick up and deliver tractors to various job sites around CSRA using company truck and trailers.

4. Operate excavator and/or skid steer doing light grade work, site prep and land clearing.

5. Operate excavator mulching head and chainsaw doing site prep, storm cleanup and land clearing.

6. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and have ability to troubleshoot and repair issues that may arise, within reason.

Compensation

Starting Compensation will vary based on experience. Revenue sharing, growth bonuses and PTO are all negotiable for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
