JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strittmatter Companies is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating machinery and equipment in a construction or similar environment. The Equipment operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment such as Bobcats, Rubber tire loader, Articulating dump truck (off-road dump truck), and Mini excavators.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to company safety policies including taking specific action to avoid other workers, other equipment, potential obstructions and marked or unmarked utility lines.
• Operate equipment in an efficient manner and follow instructions of on-site management.
• Follow all equipment monitoring and maintenance requirements.
• Move and/or load material utilizing but not limited to Bobcats, Rubber tire loader & Mini excavators etc.
• Ensure Equipment is safely stored and secured when not in use.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of operating machinery/equipment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Must successfully complete drug screening and background check

PAY: up to $25.00hr, Overtime availability
