Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Program Manager with a specialization in S4 HANA modernization and rationalization. The ideal candidate will have extensive SAP experience and a strong background in program management, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the modernization and rationalization of ERP ecosystems, with a focus on S4 HANA.
2. Oversee the overall management and efficiency of the quality management system (QMS).
3. Provide real-time direction, guidance, and support to IT and business partners to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing operations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system gaps, process improvements, and regulatory compliance requirements.
5. Utilize CSV experience to ensure adherence to 21 CFR requirements and other relevant regulations.
6. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
7. Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and compliance.

Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in SAP ERP implementation, specifically with S4 HANA.

Proven track record in program management, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience with tools such as SAP, Solution Manager, and JIRA.

Knowledge of 21 CFR requirements and other relevant regulation
