ERP Business Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Business Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Business Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ERP Business Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Collaborate on the development and execution of Strategic Account Plans that will structure your plan of engagement and growth.
    • Heavily engage with Operational counterparts and leadership on Account status, history, potential and challenges.
    • Work with cross-functional business units to ensure successful delivery on established client objectives.
    • Provide thought leadership in your role as someone who can significantly influence the growth and trajectory of LSI, seek and implement continuous improvement in your daily work.
    • We already assume you are organized and experienced with basic business tools like Office 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.

    • 3 years of experience in early funnel sales and account management.
    • Professional communication skills including writing, speaking and presentations.
    • High degree of comfort engaging with customers virtually and in-person.
    Requirements:
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
    • Successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
    • Ability to travel 5-15%.
