Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate projects within our organization. This role involves overseeing project timelines, ensuring production schedules are met, and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and effectiveness in our processes.

Duties

• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate updates.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
• Utilize resources effectively to ensure projects stay within schedule.
• Present project updates and reports to team members.
• Involvement in projects from awarded contract to project completion including but not limited to the following: Procurement of product data and samples, attend progress meetings as needed, assist in COs and PRs, conduct jobsite check-ins, coordinate project schedule with production schedule, assist in monthly progress billing, submit close out documents and ensure punch is complete. Maintain good working relationship with GC as main point of contact.

Skills

• Proficiency in project management software (ie: Tradesoft) for tracking projects and tasks. (Will train on in house software.)
• Knowledge of: Bluebeam, Excel, Microsoft Office, Procore, Autodesk
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of project management principles to guide project development.
• Persistent in acquiring information as needed.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Proven ability in project management to streamline production and improve outcomes.
