Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Utilize project management software such as Trello for effective project tracking
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Perform project planning, including defining project tasks and resource requirements
- Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Manage contracts and agreements related to project deliverables
- Implement best practices in IT project management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles
- Proficiency in using project management software tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR software is a plus
- Excellent skills in project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects is preferred
