Duties

• Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required.
• Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to project standards.
• Manage conflicts effectively within the team and with stakeholders to maintain a productive working environment.
• Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges or changes in scope.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and gather feedback.
• Utilize project portfolio management techniques to prioritize projects based on strategic objectives.

Experience

• Proven experience in project management roles, demonstrating proficiency in scope management and program development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma principles is highly desirable.
• Strong supervisory skills with a track record of leading diverse teams towards successful project outcomes.
• Excellent conflict management abilities, capable of navigating complex interpersonal dynamics effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly across various levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
