• Have experience leading a Large ITO Managed Mainframe Deal
• Apply expert project management knowledge to manage staff activities in solving complex business/technical issues within established policies.
• Manage activities of individual contributors and/or Managers associated with this project.
• Have accountability for a large multi-department area with significant impact on business unit results and organizational strategy.
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization.
• Plan, manage and monitor high-end operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members' primary focus is on either high-end tactical or broad strategic issues or a combination of both.
• Recruit and support development of direct staff members.
