ERP Project Manager manages the programming and configuration functions to support the implementation of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Plans and designs new ERP modules and system upgrades by defining scopes, setting deadlines, coordinating workflow, and monitoring progress. Being an ERP Project Manager implements policies and procedures to guide ERP system programming and ensure the optimal function of ERP applications to support business goals. Monitors system performance metrics to ensure the reliability, security, and integration of data and recommends improvements or modifications. Additionally, ERP Project Manager coordinates with adjacent departments to understand business needs and future requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Contract Project Scope:
Work with the Kansas Program Coordinator, and other members of the Kansas Program Team, to deploy the One Heart Project (OHP) curriculum to youth in designated locations, to provide one-on-one mentoring and case management support to specific youth as determined by needs of the youth and at the direction of the Program Director, and to complete electronic and/or written documentation and reports as may be required to reflect youths’ involvement in OHP activities.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Curriculum Instruction: Provide designated One Heart Project (OHP) curriculum instruction following OHP guidelines to youth in Lawrence, Kansas location(s).
Mentoring and One-on-One Support: Provide one-on-one mentoring and case management support to identified youth who have participated in OHP curriculum instruction classes or cohorts. Determination of which youth to engage in one-on-one services will be coordinated with the Kansas State Program Director and Program Coordinator.
Documentation of Youth Interactions: Complete required documentation on all interactions with youth utilizing a format provided by OHP. This documentation may be in either written or electronic formats, or both.
Special Projects/Programs: Participate and provide leadership for special programs/projects with youth who have been involved in OHP curriculum instruction during summer months or other periods when youth are not attending normal school-related activities.
Staff meetings: Contractor is expected to attend Kansas Program meetings, monthly OHP all-staff meetings, and other meetings necessary to complete contract obligations. If schedules conflict, contractor must communicate with Kansas Program Coordinator or identified individuals to determine best way forward.
