Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Planning Attorney at Pennington Law in Surprise, AZ. The Estate Planning Attorney will be responsible for handling a full range of estate planning, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and financial services.
Qualifications
- Estate Planning and Estate Law expertise
- Probate and Estate Administration experience
- Succession Planning skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar membership
- Experience working in a similar role in a law firm is a plus
- Experience working in financial services is strong plus
