Estimating Coordinator – Dorse & Co.

As the HVAC Estimating Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative needs of the department. This position will give you experience in the HVAC industry, allowing you to become familiarized with manufacturers, products, customers, and new project opportunities in the Washington and Idaho area.

What You’ll Be Doing (Training Provided)

• Support and coordinate for the Estimating Team
• Communicate with colleagues and customers
• Setting up project opportunities in Salesforce
• Reviewing project plans and specification documents
• Digitally file project documents
• Monitor and keep project opportunities up to date
• Facilitate timely updates to team members

What It Takes

• High School diploma required. Education / Experience in the HVAC industry preferred
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Efficient computer skills
• Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Blue Beam, Salesforce, On Screen Takeoff
