Salary Range: $30 - $35 / hour DOE, plus a nice benefits package.
SUMMARY: The Estimator is a key role that provides critical detailed information and data to and supports our team of Project Managers. This role is responsible for analysis of blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, estimates (flooring projects, including tile, carpet, and laminate). Reviews cataloged data, software tools, and records specific information for each project. Determines most appropriate and competitive options for needed materials and labor requirements and works up into drafted estimate(s). This may require extensive consulting with Clients, Vendors, Project Managers, or other individuals to discuss and best understand the scope of the project and resolve issues. Preparation of takeoff quantity estimates is the key function for this position, in a supporting role to the Project Managers. This role is not responsible for assembling final quotes for bids.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE/TRAINING):
4-year degree is preferred. Experience with Bluebeam is preferred.
