Being an Estimator - Materials may need the ability to use CAD software and interpret technical documents such as blueprints or mechanical drawings. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Estimator - Materials typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Estimator - Materials occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Job Requirements & Responsibilities
The Salesman/Estimator will be able to expand our customer base and provide residential and commercial roofing and construction formal bids and / or budgets through interpreting plans, specifications, performing take-offs and estimating job costs. The salesman / estimator will be in direct communication with clients and their representatives to ensure that our estimates meet their needs and requirements. And continually follow up on all leads and proposals.
