We are a Bonded Public Work / municipal building and site work general contractor who performs many general construction trades in house, mainly on Long Island but in some NYC boroughs. We are looking for an Estimator with 10 Years Experience in competitive bidding of public work projects. Knowledge and understanding on how to price all general construction trades and not rely on subcontractors for pricing. We do get sub quotes as backup, however proper skills are required.
