POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Salary

LOCATION: Sacramento

WAGE SCALE: $62,000-$110,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing bids and submitting proposals on exterior skin products for commercial projects in Sacramento and Bay Area
• Proactively meeting with new and potential customers
• Follow up after bids to secure contracts
• Other duties as assigned

There is also potential for this position to evolve into a management position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years commercial glazing estimating experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word documents
• Must be able to read, interpret and accurately take-off construction drawings and specifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A valid CA driver’s license (with a good driving record)
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with contractors and architects
