Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, project management, and construction estimating using tools like Bluebeam, Earthworks and more. Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Develop detailed proposals and contracts for clients
- Utilize software such as Earthworks/ Bluebeam for estimating purposes
- Monitor project progress to ensure cost control throughout the construction phase

Experience:

- Proven experience in construction estimating and cost control
- Familiarity with Earthworks software or similar estimating tools
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,559.74 - $65,706.35 per year
