Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager oversees and promotes the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Implements programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager communicates the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager conducts compliance monitoring, investigations, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. Manages the administration of confidential reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary:

    Keter US is searching for a highly analytical yet commercially oriented finance leader to oversee our financial planning and accounting operations for our Cabinets, Shelving, and Totes Business Unit. The successful candidate will be proactive with company finances and will be commercially aware and provide advice on the best path of profitable growth for our business unit.


    Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

    The principal duties of the Business Unit Finance Leader include establishing financial targets, developing budgets, and performing profitability analysis. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with outstanding

    interpersonal and leadership abilities. The goal of the position will be to guide the business unit towards profitable growth and overall business success.


    The Business Unit Finance Leader is responsible for the following functions:


    • Oversees business profitability (customer/product) for the business unit.
    • Oversees the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
    • Performs regular financial analysis.
    • Manages plant Month End Close
    • Cutoffs
    • Accruals
    • Ensures all plant accounting requirements have been addressed.
    • Monitors Plant Spend - PO requests vs budget monitoring.
    • Supervises all audit and internal control processes.
    • Proactively recognizes patterns in BU spending, revenue and actively leads issue identification and problem solving.
    • Maintains compliance with financial/tax laws and guidelines related to the BU activity.
    • Oversees the determination and maintenance of plant BOMs.
    • Conducts Ad Hoc Plant Data Analysis
    • Manages weekly Dashboard Reporting
    • Manages BU Budget/Forecast process.
    • Maintains an eye towards improving the accuracy & availability of costing information, providing the critical & meaningful analysis required for effective decision making & cross-functional business process improvement.
    • Oversees the year end physical inventory counts and reconciliation for the Anderson plant within the BU.
    • Building financial tools for the business leaders to measure profit and to help direct decision making.
    • Manages the Anderson plant controller.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Requirements


    o The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Finance Leadership role in a manufacturing environment.

    o Must have a BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

    o In depth knowledge of SAP is preferred

    o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a team player

    o An analytical mind with good commercial thinking and organizational skills

    o Outstanding leadership skills

    o Experience in the CPG industry is preferred.

    o Adept problem solver with the ability to prioritize issues.

    o Proven ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
