Seeking an Event Coordinator to join our hardworking team.

**Duties:**
- Coordinate and handle event planning logistics starting at booking through end of event.
- Daily vendor emails/phone correspondence/tours with current and potential clients and vendors.
- Support all planning meetings with Owner and Clients; help guide the planning process, prompt follow-up on meeting recaps and customer and vendor correspondence. Management on all aspects of the client file.
- Researching competition, trends, and reporting to team on findings and how they apply or affect our business model.
- Must have forward thinking social media skills and ability to organize and post on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media sites.
- Sales and customer service experience required in order to give tours of the premise.
- Work wedding as needed, including but not limited to set up, organizing bridal party, take care of bride & groom’s needs as well as family and friends, making sure on schedule for all key milestones during the day.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events such as weddings, corporate functions, fundraisers, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate all event logistics including planning, catering, entertainment, décor, and transportation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional guest services and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Minimum two years previous experience in event planning or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills are a must.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and organization.
- Experience with sales, marketing, event coordination and day-of event management.
-Must be able to regularly lift up to 30lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
