Job Summary

Gulfco Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Operators for our Machining Department. Qualified individuals will have 2 plus years of experience as a CNC Operator and be able to run a CNC Mill or Lathe.

Responsibilities

Candidate must be able to independently Operate a CNC machine and work within strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.
• Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to specifications.
• Set up and operate the machine on a trial run to verify the accuracy of machine settings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Load and start the machine after Set up.
• Deburr Parts
• Verify parts to print Dim.

Knowledge, Skills, and Other Qualifications

• 2 Plus years of experience as a CNC Operator.
• Able to independently Operate a CNC Mill, Lathe, and Mazak (Mazak is a plus, but not required)
• Read and understand technical Drawings and Blueprints.
