BECOMING OUR EXCAVATION CONSTRUCTION LABORER - EXCAVATOR

Schedule:

You'll enjoy a full-time schedule consisting of 40-50 hours per week, providing stability and opportunities for growth in your career.

Day-to-Day:

As an Excavation Construction Laborer - Excavator, you'll play a vital role in our excavating projects. You'll perform manual labor with heavy equipment, install underground utilities, and operate a variety of tools and machinery. Your keen problem-solving skills and ability to take direction from the Foreman will ensure project success!

Qualifications:

• Ability to start in the next 2 weeks
• Ability to operate and back up a trailer with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Physical ability to handle objects up to 75 lbs, climb in and out of excavations, and stand or walk for long periods of time
• Physical ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, reach, climb, or crawl
• Willingness to work outside in the heat and cold
• Willingness to travel (lodging and per diem is provided)
• Availability for emergencies
• Reliable transportation to projects

Excavation experience and mechanical aptitude are preferred but not required.
