As the Director of Creative Services, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development and execution of creative and branding standards across all company materials.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the Creative Services team, overseeing a group of talented individuals including a Senior Manager, Graphic Designer, Copywriter, and Content Marketing Specialist.
Collaborating closely with the CMO, VP of Marketing, and other key stakeholders to align initiatives with brand standards and the company's vision.
Ensuring that all marketing materials and communications are in line with the brand and uphold its essence across all platforms.
Providing strategic insights and creative direction for various functions such as print and online design, copywriting, content development, and presentation design.
Analyzing marketing efforts and providing recommendations to the Marketing Leadership team.
Advising on brand voice development and best practices, while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Co-developing and refining customer personas with implications for marketing strategies.
Selecting and managing agency partners and freelance talent for creative and branding projects.
Managing external vendors and agencies involved in brand and creative development.
Offering insights on consumer, industry, and marketing trends that influence the brand's strategies.
Developing and supporting marketing-related training for franchisees, Academy directors, and corporate staff.
Measuring the effectiveness of creative and branding initiatives and adjusting strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
Providing guidance on content strategies for franchise and corporate-owned locations.
Key Qualifications
Proven expertise in creative oversight and/or brand management, with a track record of managing in-house teams and vendors, preferably in an advertising agency or in-house marketing department.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong team management and written and verbal communication abilities.
Solid business management background.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, mass/multimedia, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated success in developing marketing concepts and branding efforts within cohesive campaigns.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and web-based protocols (HTML, XML, Flash, Dreamweaver, Director, JavaScript).
Willingness to travel up to 5% for an annual conference and occasional visits to local offices.
Salary And Benefits
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
