Based in Sugarcreek, OH, we are looking for an insurance producer who shares our passion for guiding clients through life’s uncertainties with confidence and care.

Job Description:

As an Insurance Producer with Hamsher Insurance, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and maintaining our high standards of customer service. This role is ideal for motivated self-starters who thrive on building client relationships and value community involvement. We welcome remote producers, who will be expected to meet established production goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting, generating, and closing your own sales leads bringing new business into the agency.

- Developing and nurturing client relationships to ensure they have the coverage they need.

- Evaluating clients' current insurance portfolios and recommending enhancements.

- Tailoring insurance solutions to align with individual client needs and priorities.

- Educating clients on policy features, benefits, and options to enable confident decision-making.

- Staying informed on industry trends and the evolving needs of our clients’ industries.

Qualifications:

- Proven business-to-business sales experience in any industry.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the state you’ll be working (required prior to start date).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong computer skills and proficiency with industry software and CRM systems.

- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

- A commitment to high standards of professionalism and ethics.
