Exercise Specialist jobs in Buffalo, NY

We are looking for a passionate fitness specialist to join our team at Brookfield Country Club. The ideal candidate will have a health-related degree or working towards obtaining a health related degree, personal training certification, group fitness experience and golf fitness experience a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality fitness services to our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual personal training sessions for members and guests
• Maintain a clean and safe fitness center environment
• Provide fitness assessments and develop personalized fitness plans for members and guests
• Demonstrate safe and effective use of fitness equipment
• Ensure member and guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Health-related degree preferred
• Personal training certification required
• Group fitness experience a plus
• Golf fitness experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Customer service oriented
• Passion for fitness and wellness

Pay: $18.00 - $66.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
