Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations within our office.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
- Confirm appointments with customers via phone or email
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding services, availability, and pricing
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers and schedule future appointments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
