- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers and schedule future appointments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
