Your tasks

• Servicing and preventative maintenance for building equipment according to service and control instructions, interact with a computerized maintenance management system.
• Responsible to assist building manager with performance of remodeling tasks such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, building repairs, and plumbing etc.
• Responsible for meeting OSHA/safety requirements in the work area- maintain as required.
• Assists with equipment installation such as production and communication equipment, modification, and fabrication.
• Propose job and organization related improvements.
• Fundamentals of industrial electrical, pneumatics, mechanical, hydraulic and control systems, as well as the ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Support of external suppliers and vendors during rebuilding, repair and commissioning of building equipment and verifies quality of work.
• Determines the need for external services.
• Any additional tasks as required by the facility manager.

Your Profile

• Familiarity with ISO 14001, TS 16949, AND OSHA requirements.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Forklift license or ability to pass test.
• Experience with cutting and threading of pipe.
• Hand welding experience.
• Experience in build grease or hydraulic lines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
