Implements policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Being a Facilities Manager monitors daily building operations of all systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management to ensure reliability. Tracks work orders for quality, adherence to service standards, and budgeted guidelines. This is an Assistant Facilities Manager, Night Shift. The hours for this position are 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday. The days off for this position would be Monday and Tuesday.
Job Summary/Overview
This SCA Maintenance department is responsible for every building in which a resident does not live. The SCA Facilities Assistant Manager is a hands-on position that is responsible for the maintenance, care and upkeep of all SCA facilities and the overseeing of the community pools, play courts, parking lots and BBQ areas.
This is a visible position and candidate must exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills to members of the community, general public, and other On Top of the World employees. Personal contact occurs with residents, other divisions of the company, consultants, contractors and customers of the department.
