Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Mountain State QSR located in Missoula, MT. Mountain State QSR is actively looking for a reliable Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for planned maintenance and emergency repair of restaurant equipment, refrigeration equipment, cooking equipment, heating and air conditioning. This is a full-time position with an attractive benefits package. This position will report directly to our Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment or objects
• Flexibility to work on-call and weekends if needed

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in the following:

· Refrigeration

· Experience with Kitchen Equipment and Repair (examples: Taylor, Frymaster, Henny Penny, Manitowoc, Multiplex)

· HVAC

· Universal EPA Certification

· Minor Plumbing/Electrical Repair

· Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs

· Ability to use a cellphone and laptop

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb a ladder

· Must have a valid driver’s license

Starting Salary

· $75k-120k total compensation

Schedule

· Typical work week is Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm

Education

· High School or equivalent

Experience

· HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location

· Multiple locations in the greater Missoula area with continuous possibility of future growth

We are looking for an experienced candidate but if certification on specific brands of restaurant equipment is needed, Mountain State QSR will pay for all training and required travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
