Progressive and growing Facility Management firm is looking to add to our Team. Our team is self-directed, focused on Preventive Maintenance and Service and performs all aspects of building maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have a wide range of skills, good attention to detail, good organizational skills and must be a team player. If you have training and/or previous experience in Facility Management, Construction Trades or Building Maintenance, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, a successful candidate will integrate into our team as a self-starter capable of managing multiple work orders and delighting the customer.

Duties Include:

· Perform routine inspections on commercial and industrial buildings.

· Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing door handles, etc.

· Perform major repairs such as major plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC repairs.

· Diagnosis, repair and maintenance of industrial and commercial buildings and building equipment

· Project work as opportunities arise

Skills:

· Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and think through problems.

· Ability to use a ladder to reach various surfaces and heights.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Self-direction

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $22 - $27 per hour

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
