Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician that thrives in a fast-paced startup work environment. As the Facilities Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintenance tasks across a wide range of HCRBrands owned and leased facilities, including both residential and commercial properties. This position requires a flexible schedule and a willingness to travel, work off shift hours, and respond to 24/7 emergency situations. Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 Hourly – including overtime, Semi-Annual Performance Profit Sharing Bonus and Year End Profit Sharing Bonus.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm overtime and on-call as needed

Tasks:

• Assemble and install desks, chairs, cabinets, cubicles, and other office furniture.
• Assist in the management of outside contractors and suppliers completing maintenance or facility upgrade tasks.
• Assist with facility buildouts and upgrades including but not limited to painting, framing, and light electrical.
• Assist the Information Technology Department with tasks including but not limited to server room and network closet upgrades, network cable installation, security camera maintenance/installation, and access control maintenance/installation.
• Complete quarterly facility preventative maintenance audits to identify areas in need of attention and present plan of action to leadership for each facility.
• Exterior maintenance including but not limited to power washing, window cleaning, and snow removal.
• Landscaping tasks including but not limited to lawncare, leaf removal, and mulching.
• Preventative maintenance for HVAC system including but not limited to changing/cleaning filters, cleaning drain lines, and minor repairs.
• Preventative maintenance for manufacturing equipment including changing filters, replacing belts and motors, lubricating, and inspecting.
• Respond to trouble calls (during and after business hours) including but not limited to clogged drains, leaks, lockouts, and electrical issues.
• Set up and install new machinery/equipment including but not limited to drill press, saws, plasma tables, welders, racking, and guardrails.
• Supplement third-party janitorial company as necessary.
• Transport materials, parts, and assets between HCRBrands facilities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
