Job Description - Commercial Cleaner -

Zervas Facility Maintenance, our family business is looking for a General Commercial Cleaner for Full-time or Part-time to join our growing team in Ludington, Michigan. Job Responsibilities:

- Cleaning surfaces, desks, bathrooms, offices, kitchenettes, and entry way.

- Vacuuming carpet, sweeping & mopping hardwood floors, etc.

- Cleaning scope and supplies provided.

- Most general cleaning responsibilities, you can be assigned to specific accounts to have consistent work

- Will have the opportunity to run floor machines as needed and power washer.

Additional details:

- Monday through Friday after 4pm. Shift is roughly 6-8 hours with a flexible start time.

- Rotating weekends or as needed with the team from August 1st through May 31st.

- Starting pay $15-16.50 PER Hour (based on experience) with a 30 day review.
