Hiring Immediately – Facilities Maintenance Technician – Paris, TX
Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Facility Maintenance Technician job in Paris, TX. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. If you possess expertise in performing preventative maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and control systems, we want to hear from you! Weekly pay starting at $18 - $22/hr and great benefits available!
Responsibilities:- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Evaluate the performance of building systems and related components, making recommendations for improvements and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to facility management.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to building maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular working hours.
Schedule:- Monday – Friday with some Saturdays as needed
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
