We are actively seeking a counselor who is in informed and enthusiastic in the areas of trauma and/or addiction recovery. Our ideal candidate is someone who engages clients with passion and professionalism, and also intrigued by the opportunity of helping shape the trajectory of a growing practice designed to have a bigger impact.

This position can flexibly include in-person as well as Telehealth work. Office space is provided in Loveland, and Telehealth may be conducted from anywhere in Colorado. This is an independent, private-pay based practice. This means your caseload will be part-time to start with opportunity to build as you wish, supported by a practice with an established identity within the community and a robust marketing strategy already in place.

Qualifications and what we are looking for

• Active LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LAC, or LMFT
• Is motivated to continue developing their individual and group counseling skills
• Feels comfortable working independently
• Wants to be part of a welcoming and inclusive group practice
• Open to seeing clients during evening and/or weekend hours
