About the Program and Position:
Share our belief that we all have the ability to change by using a strengths-based approach to help stabilize families involved in the child welfare system.
Our Family Support Program (FSP) serves families that have a child/children at risk of foster care placement or are in need of an intensive program. This program runs for 4-6 months with 1-2 clinician meetings a week. The goal of the program is to reduce the risk of removal, and reduce the involvement of Child Protective Services in a family's life. Our clinicians work with families to help build skills to increase positive interactions in the home and in the community. The program offers a wide range of services that are customized to support the family's needs.
