Responsibilities :

• Take customer orders and process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets customer expectations
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
• Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after customers

Skills :

• Time management : Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service : Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude towards customers
• Food service : Knowledge of food handling procedures, portion control, and food safety regulations
• Restaurant experience : Familiarity with restaurant operations and ability to work as part of a team
• Kitchen skills : Basic cooking skills like fries and make a sandwich
• POS system proficiency : Experience using Point of Sale systems for order processing and payment handling
• Retail math : Basic math skills for cash handling, calculating change, and managing transactions
