District Manager & General Managers- Quick Service Restaurant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager & General Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role will involve overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained, and achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in restaurant management and a track record of leadership and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, making decisive decisions on significant matters.
2. Adhere to and enforce company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.
3. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
4. Maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety.
5. Lead all recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management activities for restaurant staff.
6. Foster a positive work environment and lead the team by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
7. Prepare reports detailing sales results and productivity.
Two years as an AGM who has done scheduling, food ordering, things like that.
Doesn’t want someone who has never done scheduling, hiring, food ordering.
DM–Requirements: 2-4 restaurants at a time, and they can build this person up. 4-5 years as a restaurant manager. Maybe they have been a fix it manager, that would work too.
Their week is usually 45-50 hours.
Pay is negotiable to a degree.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in the quick-service restaurant industry.
2. Strong understanding of business financials including P&L, budgeting, and cost management. Hiring, Scheduling and Ordering experience is required.
3. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Familiarity with restaurant management software.
6. Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
