Field Care Manager jobs in Lawrence, MA

Mast Solutions Inc. is a distributor of soaps and waxes to carwashes across the Northeast United States. You will serve as the face of Mast Solutions Inc., delivering these products by Sprinter van to each carwash where you will ensure adequate inventory and interact with the local manager. This position will work out of the Haverhill, MA warehouse and make deliveries anywhere in the New England states.

Responsibilities

o Manage all service for assigned accounts, including deliveries and basic tunnel maintenance relating to the products delivered.

o Deliver and invoice all orders to your customers.

o Repair and perform preventative maintenance and assist in the installation of equipment and solutions

o Help control costs for all customers aligned to your territory

o Write service and cost analysis reports for your clients.

o Manage customer relationships and problem solve issues with accounts.

o Work closely with our local partners and sales reps.

Qualifications

o Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle record.

o Satisfactory clearance of a background check.

o Ability to lift and/or carry 50 pounds.

o Must have computer skills and a working knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus.

o Customer relations skills as well as ability to contribute positively to team dynamics.

o Self Motivated: You will manage your own schedule and book of business.
