RH Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Coordinator/Customer Service Manager to join our team. This role involves managing caregivers, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and ensuring smooth operations across the Upper Cumberland region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support caregivers, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Travel throughout the Upper Cumberland area to oversee operations and meet with caregivers and clients.
- Participate in on-call duties as needed to ensure round-the-clock support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, management, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Upper Cumberland region.
